Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training partnered with Liqvid to build their communication skills training curriculum. After a thorough needs analysis, we designed a three-tiered basic, intermediate, and advanced blended learning program. We started with the train-the-trainer program to transform the distinctive training methodology to Frankfinn trainers at all centers to deliver a uniform learning experience.
